Location: Mowe, Ogun State.

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Mold Changer to effectively and efficiently change Injection machine Mold and assist engineers with machine start-up activities and mold maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Effect mold change schedules by changing mould base on production plan
• Assist engineers with machine start-up activities after mold changes.
• Maintain mould before and after use
• Assist with preventive maintenance of machines, moulds, and utilities.
• Maintain mold change records on daily basis.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities on holidays.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Injection Mold Changing and Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Injection Machine operation and Maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Injection Mold Changing in the Plastic industry
• O level, OND Mechanical Engineering, and BTech Mechanical Engineering. 
• Strong personality, organisational, and communication skills.
