Roles and Responsibilities Job Requirements/ Qualifications

Infrastructure Supervisor (Site Clearing)

• Prepare earthworks program along with the Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager 
• Execute earthwork activities in accordance to plan/program
• Supervision of substructure works to ensure compliance to technical specifications
• Responsible for selection of production crew (earthworks team)
• Preparation of progress report and update the project management team on progress. 
• Direct and train the foremen and field staff to ensure their continued development.
• Assist in ensuring timely delivery of materials of materials and equipment.

Infrastructure Supervisor (Precast Yard)

• Assist in preparation of program of works
• Monitoring of work progress to ensure timely delivery of work
• Responsible for compliance to technical specifications of concrete works
• Selection of suitable workers and supervision of their activities
• Direct and train the foremen and the rest of the team to ensure continued development.
• Ability to supervise laboratory tests on concrete and interpret test results.
• Work with safety Officer to establish and maintain good safety and security practices

Infrastructure Supervisor (Earthworks), Embarkment & Additional Work

• Prepare earthworks program along with the Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager 
• Execute earthwork activities in accordance to plan/program

Asphalt Supervisor 

• Supervision and coordination of activities of workers engaged in spreading, rolling and tamping asphalt.
• Estimate the number of trucks required to haul asphalt from mix plant 
• Supervision of work site to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and workers 
• Measure slope and thickness of paving to ensure compliance to design
• Work with safety Officer to establish and maintain good safety and security practices.
• Direct and train the foremen and field staff to ensure their continued development.

Infrastructure Supervisor (Culverts, Head/Wing Walls/ V-Drain)

• Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing and curing
• Resolve all problems that may affect concrete quality 
• Selection and supervision of suitable workers.
• Direct and train the foremen and the rest of the team to ensure continued development.
• Ability to supervise laboratory tests on concrete and interpret test results.
• Work with safety Officer to establish and maintain good safety and security practices
