Summary

• We are currently seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our retail team at our Ogudu location.
• This role is ideal for a dependable individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• The successful candidate must reside within close proximity to Ogudu to ensure punctuality and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with walk-in customers, offering product guidance and support
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed
• Achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and encourage customer retention.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be courteous, confident, and professionally groomed
• Must reside in or near Ogudu, Lagos
• Ability to resume work immediately.
