    Independent Marketers

    Job Summary:

    The Independent Marketer will work remotely to promote the company’s real estate offerings, generate leads, and drive property sales. This flexible role requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Marketers will attend weekly in-person meetings at the office for strategy alignment and performance reviews. The company will provide marketing materials, training, and support. In addition to a fixed monthly allowance, marketers will earn a commission on sales and bonus incentives for exceptional performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and contact potential clients through social media, phone calls, emails, and personal networks.
    • Build a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors interested in the company’s real estate offerings.
    • Proactively promote the company’s properties, land, and other investment opportunities.
    • Use company-provided marketing materials to effectively communicate property features and benefits to potential clients.
    • Actively share listings, promotions, and company updates on personal and professional social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with company campaigns and goals.
    • Engage potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Follow up with leads to build trust and ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to sale.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Attend weekly in-person meetings to report progress, discuss challenges, and align on strategies.
    • Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competition to help refine marketing efforts.
    • Submit regular updates on personal performance, including leads generated and sales closed.
    • Participate in training sessions provided by the company to enhance marketing and sales skills.
    • Stay updated on the company’s property offerings, pricing structures, and sales processes.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally in all engagements.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Number of leads generated weekly.
    • Sales closed and revenue generated.
    • Social media engagement and promotional reach.
    • Attendance and active participation in weekly meetings.
    • Client satisfaction and referral rates.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Education: Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent experience in any discipline.
    • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Proficiency in social media marketing and telemarketing.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
    • Familiarity with Lagos’s real estate market is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in using basic digital tools like WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
