In-House Lawyer at Roxbury Leisure Homes

Responsibilites

• Provide legal advice and support on company operations, contracts, and real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Handle legal disputes, liaise with external solicitors, and represent the company where necessary.
• Maintain proper legal documentation, records, and policies for the organization.
• Advise management on risk management, compliance, and property law matters.

Requirements

• LL.B from a recognized university and BL (Nigerian Law School).
• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience (real estate/corporate law experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
