    ICT – CCTV Monitor / Operations Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor CCTV systems for unusual or suspicious activity
    • Promptly alert security to incidents
    • Maintain daily logs and archive footage
    • Perform routine system checks
    • Provide basic IT support and system maintenance

    Requirements:

    • SSCE or equivalent
    • Experience with CCTV and IT systems (preferred)
    • Strong observation and communication skills
    • ICT certification is an added advantage
    • Must be open to working flexible shifts
