Hydraulic Systems Engineer at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Summary

• ICS Outsourcing is seeking a results-driven Hydraulic Systems Engineer to join our client team. The Hydraulic Systems Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of hydraulic systems used across our client’s operations, including sorting lines, balers, presses, furnaces, forklifts and other heavy-duty industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and repair hydraulic systems and components (power packs, pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses).
• Diagnose hydraulic faults and implement corrective and preventive maintenance solutions.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of hydraulic equipment.
• Develop and implement hydraulic maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best engineering practices.
• Train technicians and operators on proper hydraulic system use and basic troubleshooting.
• Minimize equipment downtime and support continuous plant operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with specialization in hydraulics.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ hands-on experience with industrial hydraulic systems.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, design, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial environments is an advantage.
