Hybrid Sales Agent at AffilBase

A Sales Network based in Lagos is in need of Field Sales Agents to attract new business for its various ongoing projects. We are looking for self motivated individuals to join our team of results driven agents and representatives working on available projects for a commission. To excell in this role you are required, and must be able to search for and convert prospects into paying user/customers You earn a basic stipend of N30,000 plus commissions on your sales working 3 days from office and 2 days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Making Sales, close new customers
• Build relationships with existing customers -
• Cultivate new leads for the project/projects you are assigned to
• Visit prospects and customers on a recurring basis for follow ups
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Represent the Company(affilBae)and brand repectably during all customer and prospect interactions
• Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them
• Monitor the industry competitors, new products, and market conditions based on project assigned to.

Qualifications-

• A Minimum OND certificate and above
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets/quotas
• Residence in Ketu and environs is prefered
• Experience working as an agent 
• Highly self-motivated
• Communication and Interpersonal skills, to persuasively convey the benefits of a product/service to potential customers in formal and informal situations
• Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in convincing proapects hours
• Smart phone and computer use competency
• Should have a serviceacle smart device
