Human Resources Supervisor at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Duties

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc

Requirements & Skills:

•  Ability to communicate fluently in English and *Hausa* languages gives an edge
• Sound Computer knowledge ( especially Excel package)
• Had a previous experience as a *Human Resource person or Supervisory role*.
• Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
• Open and willing to learn.
• A team player.
• Transparent and dedicated to the job. Etc

Others

• Qualification: minimum of OND
• Experience: 1-3 years 

Salary is negotiable.
