    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resource Officer to join our growing team.
    • As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll mgt., employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.
    • You will play a key role in shaping our office culture, ensuring staff well-being, and maintaining a productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with labour laws and best practices.
    • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
    • Manage employee payroll and benefits programs
    • Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and development planning.
    • Sustain a productive organizational culture, including engaging with teams and clients to achieve high performance.
    • Coordinate training and development programs for both in-house staff and external clients.
    • Provide guidance on HR issues to management and staff.
    • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and support audits.
    • Handle employee exit processes including offboarding and exit interview

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years (post NYSC) of relevant HR experience (preferably in the Tech sector).
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.
