    Human Resources Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and day-to-day HR operations.
    • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
    • Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
    • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Prepare payroll inputs, support compensation and benefits administration, and manage HR reporting.
    • Ensure HR processes align with organisational goals and industry best practices.
    • Provide HR advisory support to management and team leads when required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • 5 – 8 years’ hands-on HR experience, preferably within structured organisations or similar industries.
    • Strong understanding of HR operations, Nigerian labour laws, and HR compliance processes.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential information.
    • Must be available to resume urgently.
