    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an HR Officer to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR projects including recruitment, training, and in-house HR department’s daily activities.

    HR Officer's responsibilities include research, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, preparing training curriculums, etc.


    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Providing insight to personnel on policies and procedures.
    • Being actively involved in recruitment, talent resourcing and the management of the entire hiring process.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
    • Develop training and development programs.
    • Assist in performance management processes.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources or related.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR/Administrative roles.
    • High level of English language (Written and spoken) and must be able to communicate fluently.
    • Highly motivated and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
    • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
    • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
