Human Resources Manager at Uniccon Group

• As we continue to lead as a premier African deep-tech company, we need a people-leader who can bridge the gap between business strategy and talent excellence. You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent, driving our OKR frameworks, and fostering a culture that empowers every employee to innovate.

What you’ll do:

• Talent Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, media, and engineering roles.
• Performance: Oversee KPIs/OKRs and drive a culture of continuous feedback.
• Growth: Design L&D programs and career pathways for our talent.
• Compliance: Ensure excellence in HR operations and Nigerian Labour Law alignment.
• Strategy: Partner with the MD/CEO to optimize our organizational structure.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7 years of HR experience (with 3+ years in management).
• Proven track record in Tech, Software, or Consulting environments.
• Strong mastery of performance management systems and employee relations.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
