Role Overview

• You will lead the HR function and align people strategy with business goals.
• You will manage workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention
• Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
• Design and manage performance management systems
• Lead training and development initiatives
• Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits
• Drive a strong workplace culture focused on safety and productivity
• Support management in organizational restructuring and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5–10 years HR experience (construction or engineering sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Experience managing large and diverse workforce
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
