Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager.
• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, implementing and managing HR policies and programs, attracting and retaining top talent, managing employee relations and communications, and ensuring HR compliance.
• The Human Resources Manager will be on-site and located in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification(s) is a plus
