Job Summary

• The Human Resource (HR) Personnel is responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• This role involves assisting with day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role or similar position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
