Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
• Handle HR correspondence and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months' HR experience.
• Software Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Core Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Work Style: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
