Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust people strategy aligned with company goals.
• Source, screen, onboard, train, and manage staff across various departments.
• Provide strategic HR leadership and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs to support staff growth.
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and internal policies.
• Maintain positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a skilled HR team to achieve HR and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior or management HR role.
• Proven ability to source and hire the right candidates across various roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability.
• A proactive, agile mindset with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
