Human Resources Consultant at Human Leadership Resources

The incumbent will engage in delivering and implementing HR projects. This role requires meticulous time management, agility, and the ability to deliver various tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Representing the organization in meeting with the clients to proffer solutions
• Conducting research to identify client issues or inefficiencies.
• Developing HR strategies and client-specific models.
• Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools to clients.
• Overseeing the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
• Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to clients.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least a 2.1.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in an HR role.
• HR certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with ATS, Payroll, and HR management software.
• Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
