Responsibilities

• Support daily HR and administrative operations of the organization.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Assist in monitoring staff compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication.
• Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks.
• Carry out other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English Language or other related discipline. (Required)
• Must be a serving NYSC member.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and professional development.
