Human Resource Manager at FHON Consulting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Manage recuitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, company's policies, and best HR practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR management or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem - solving skills.
• Ability to work as independently as part of a team.
• Proficient in HR software andsystem (HIRIS).
• Certification in any HR professional institution. e.g. (CIPM, SHRM, ATD, HRCI) would be an added advantage.
