Human Resource Executive at Eat'N'Go Limited

• This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Conduct recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Manage Employee lifecyle from hire to exit
• Preparation of HR monthly reports.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Manage the company HIRS to ensure information acuracy. 
• Manage relationship with HR vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in related field
• Member or Student member of  CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or any relevant HR Professional certification is an advantage
• 5 - 7 years work experience
• Strong knowlege and experience in payroll administration
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of any HIRS
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practice
• Self motivated individual
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
