Human Resource and Admin Executive at CelectPrime Human Capital Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
• Responsible for creating and driving HR processes.
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics and share with management.
• Develop training and onboarding material.· Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources
• Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
• Drive a conducive environment.
• Taking charge in the absence of the CEO/MD
• Handling every admin related job
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the goal of the company is met.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years proven work experience in same role
• A first degree in Law or related course, preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Leadership and people management skills
