Job Summary
- A reputable cosmetic company is in need of a competent HR/Admin manager to join the team. Someone with good knowledge of labor law, and can manage people.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-end recruitment onSales girls/ Ambassadors, Admin staff, Factory workers, Marketer etc
- Managing the complete workforce of the company.
- Updating HR documents and staff records
- Prepare payroll and incentives with proper LIRS tax deduction.
- Monitor and supervise ambassadors virtually and physicall at various outlet and sending of modalities.
- Handles induction and onboarding process.
- Reviewing company policies
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Recording sickness and holiday leave
- Filing employment contracts.
