Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer in the catering industry to join our team in Lagos.
• As a Catering HSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our staff and customers in our catering operations.
• You will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to staff on HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for catering operations
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards
• Provide training to staff on HSE procedures and protocols
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HSE role, preferably in catering or food industry
• HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
• Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
