Develop HSE Processes and Procedures and drives implementation and standards across the Filmhouse group operations.
Review and maintain internal Documentation Process.
Provide HSE Leadership and coordinate HSE related training programs and operational support to all levels where required.
Responsible for all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and recommendations for implementation and preventing a reoccurrence.
Works closely with the Facility/development team on special projects involving construction, equipment design, hazardous assessments and maintenance. 6. Maintains current working knowledge of all applicable HSE regulations.
Responsible for Audit and Inspection Process for all areas of operations to ensure compliance.
Report writing for board quarterly risk review.
Develops Monthly Mock drill scenarios and reviews feedbacks from drill report for all locations.
Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations and is maintained.
Qualifications
Minimum of BSc. in any Science or social science related Course. Certifications in Health and Safety Courses (such as NEBOSH IGC 1 and 2, First Aid, etc.
Minimum experience (number of years) required to perform on the role
Minimum of 5 years+ experience in health and safety (e.g in the hospitality and/or construction industry)
