We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes and support the organization in building a high-performing workforce. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role contributes to employer branding initiatives, workforce planning, and alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple levels of roles
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent market trends, and employer branding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in HRIS or ATS systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment best practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop workforce plans
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across channels
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate hiring metrics, and provide insights to guide HR and business decisions
Advise managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection decisions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth integration of new hires
