Job Objectives:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing HR processes and ensuring seamless operations? If you possess the expertise to streamline HR functions through outsourcing, we invite you to join our team as an Outsourcing HR Operations Officer in our innovative HR firm.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic Outsourcing Architect:
- Design and implement outsourcing solutions for various HR functions, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
Operational Efficiency Expert:
- Streamline HR processes by identifying areas for improvement, ensuring outsourced functions are executed with precision, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
Client Collaboration Expert:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique HR needs, providing tailored outsourcing solutions that align with their organizational goals and objectives.
- Review and screen candidate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for client job openings
Data Security Guardian:
- Oversee the security of sensitive HR data, implementing robust protocols and safeguards to protect client information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and employment contracts.
Vendor Relationship Cultivator:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of services.
Job Requirement
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations and managing outsourced staff.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and a proven track record of optimizing operations through outsourcing.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
