Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the daily human resources functions of our school.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and administrative HR support—all remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, shortlisting, and onboarding new staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
• Handle basic payroll and leave management support.
• Support performance reviews and probation tracking.
• Draft HR-related documents including offer letters, memos, and reports.
• Provide support on staff welfare, engagement, and compliance.
• Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labor regulations.
• Handle employee queries and assist with conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR support or administrative role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
