    HR Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Employee Relations
    • Policy Development and Compliance
    • Performance Management
    • Training and Development
    • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct when handling sensitive HR information within the medical environment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the construction sector
    • Familiarity with the construction industry regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
