Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team and support the HR functions across our finance and cleaning services divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for both the finance and cleaning units.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
• Support management in disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Organize staff training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Support in performance appraisal coordination and staff engagement activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven HR experience (experience in multi-sector HR is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Ability to manage HR processes across diverse service sectors.
• Discreet, ethical, and trustworthy.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
