Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
