We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a passion for talent management and organizational development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
