HR Intern at Assist to Hire Limited

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. 

This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and offer valuable insights into recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.   
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Support employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events and assisting with employee inquiries.
• Assist with special HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.   
• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.   
• Strong attention to detail.
