Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR head to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Lead will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance and driving HR initiatives that support business goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
• Lead performance management initiatives, ensuring employees receive feedback and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Oversee HR metrics and generate reports for management decision-making.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years Proven experience in an HR leadership role preferably in Electrical Engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
