    HR Generalist

    Job Summary

    • Join our team as an HR Generalist and help shape the future of our people operations! We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience and a passion for building strong, remote-first/HYbrid cultures.

    • Change management & culture alignment
    • Tech Talent acquisition & onboarding
    • Performance management systems
    • HR operations & policy implementation
    • Remote team engagement using tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, Jira, Asana etc.

    What You’ll Need

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years HR generalist experience
    • Strong recruitment & performance management background
    • Experience with remote teams and digital collaboration tools.
