Job Summary

As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing human resource functions within the manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You will ensure efficient workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and workplace standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety team to implement safety protocols.
• Monitor and report key HR metrics, such as absenteeism, turnover, and productivity levels.
• Develop and implement HR policies specific to the needs of the manufacturing workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• CIPM, or SPHRi is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Salary 

N350,000 - N400,000
