HR Executive at Multipro Consumer Products Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and updated employee data, including personal information, employment details, and performance evaluation
• Assisting with new hire orientation, paperwork, and introduction to company policies
• Assist with all branch HR related matters.
• Support Branch HR in HR analytics reporting
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as a desirable workplace within the FMCG industry
• Update and maintain timely records for Leave administration for all employees within the branch
• Answering employee questions regarding benefits plans and processing related paperwork.
• Assist with employee confirmation schedule and ensure confirmation is done as at when due
• Administrative support services and other assigned roles.
• Conducting exit interviews with departing employees
• Answering general HR-related questions and providing information to employe
• Assisting with organizing company events, engagement and recognition programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 2-3 years experience in a Human Resources role
• Strong understanding of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience using HRIS or HR management software is an advantage
• Experience in an FMCG company is an added advantage.
