HR Consultant will:

• Have a university degree, preferably at a post-graduate level and have upwards of 7 years HR experience in a well-structured HR function or consulting practice.
• Have very good knowledge of HR practices and some HR consulting implementation experience.
• Have a very good flair for business development and ability to develop consulting proposals
