This role is responsible for project administration for the firm, to gain staff efficiencies and brand equity and financial growth, through effective project planning and implementation monitoring for all in-house HR-related projects; Managing of In-house staff to ensure Brand maximization in the industry.
Also, the Job bearer will manage clients’ contacts as well as contract administration for clients. The role bearer will coordinate with Executive management to review best in-house practices for managing job effectiveness and organizational culture alongside:
Managing of clients directly for all new briefs and maintaining regular feedback while maintaining good customer management
Briefs will include recruitment, training and HR administration briefs .
Plan for company’s financial success
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
Preparing financial projections and sales targets.
Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Monitoring Staff operations in the absence of the managing consultant to ensure the effective running of operations and meeting of deadlines
Requirements
5 years post NYSC in social science or law fieldHR experience with at least 2 years of Recruitment experiencePast client management /project management experience
