A company in the natural healthcare sector located in Egbeda, Lagos seeks to urgently hire an experienced HR and Admin Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the business on strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational and strategic activities of the business.
• Overseeing human resource planning, strategy development, policy development and implementation.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements at all times.
• Managing employee performance  and /employee relations 
• Managing recruitment, and selection processes.
• Developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Ensuring employees operate to the highest standards and best practices.
• Creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Developing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Result-driven and can deliver on goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm
