HR and Admin Intern at Lotus Beta Analytics Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Intern at Lotus Beta Analytics located in Lekki.
• The HR and Admin Intern will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR policies, as well as administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
• The HR and Admin Intern will also assist with employee benefits and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience with employee benefits and personnel management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
