HR & Admin Support Intern at Mayden Microfinance Bank

• Mayden MFB is seeking a HR & Admin Support Intern to provide human resources and administrative support while gaining practical experience in a professional banking environment. The successful candidate will assist with employee documentation, records management, HR administration, office coordination and other day-to- day activities that support the smooth running of the Bank.

Job Description

• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the preparation, filing and organisation of HR and administrative documents.
• Handle documents and employee information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Assist with recruitment-related documentation and interview coordination when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate seeking practical HR/Admin experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
