    HR / Admin Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The HR / Admin Assistant provides comprehensive support to both the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization.
    • The role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
    • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and asset tracking.
    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports.
    • Handle staff inquiries and provide administrative support to employees.
    • Support performance appraisal processes and HR initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests.
    • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
    • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic).
    • Handle internal and external correspondence (emails, memos, letters).
    • Assist in organizing company meetings, trainings, and events.
    • Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and functional.
    • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.

    Requirements
    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant HR certification is an added advantage.

    Experience Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of experience in HR and / or administrative roles.
    • Experience in recruitment and office administration is preferred.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative procedures
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
