Job Summary

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, beach villas, and public areas to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies
• Change bed linens and towels daily or as required
• Replenish toiletries and room supplies
• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture and wipe surfaces
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Report damaged items or maintenance issues
• Ensure beach areas (if assigned) are neat and free of trash
• Follow health and safety standards
• Respond politely to guest requests.
