Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and common areas.
• As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, restocking linens and amenities, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Make beds, change linens, and restock towels and amenities
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors and surfaces
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers
• Replenish guest supplies, such as toiletries and bottled water
• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and common areas
• Report maintenance and repair needs to management
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure efficient room turnover
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hotel or guest house housekeeping operations is an added advantage
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages.
