    Housekeeper

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking experienced and dedicated Housekeepers to join our team at a reputable 3-star grade B hotel in Ibadan.
    • As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and tidy guest rooms daily as per hotel standards.
    • Change bed linens and towels, replenish guest supplies.
    • Vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors.
    • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
    • Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
    • Maintain a fully-stocked inventory of cleaning supplies.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or relevant certification in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel setting.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a hotel environment.
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
    • Customer-oriented and friendly.
    • Prioritization and time management skills.
    • Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
    • Integrity and reliability.

    Working Conditions

    • Full-time position.
    • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
    • N35,000 -N40,000 salary range
