Responsibilities
Plan and prepare daily meals, snacks, and special dishes according to household preferences
Prepare a variety of local and international cuisines while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation
Manage kitchen supplies, groceries, food inventory, and meal preparation schedules
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safe food handling
Adapt menus to dietary requirements, special occasions, and changing household preferences
Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as a private, household, or professional chef
Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international cuisines
Proven ability to prepare healthy, well-presented, and varied meals
Good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, inventory management, and portion control.
