Salary for Experienced House Parent Min: N500, 000- 750,000 (competitive and commensurate with skills and experience).

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee students; welfare, safety, and adherence to school rules.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to students.
• Supervise daily routines (wake-up, meals, study, bedtime) and maintain discipline.
• Communicate with parents and staff about students well-being.
• Organize activities and maintain a clean, well-kept boarding house.
• Follow safeguarding policies and attend necessary training

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in a boarding school or similar environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• First aid certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Willing to live on-site and be available during evenings and weekends.
