Role Overview

• The Female Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, administration, and welfare of students residing in the female hostel.
• The successful candidate will ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and a conducive living environment that supports academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities
Student Welfare & Supervision:

• Supervise and monitor hostel residents
• Enforce hostel rules and institutional regulations
• Provide guidance and counseling support where necessary
• Address welfare concerns and escalate serious issues appropriately.

Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of occupancy and resident details
• Monitor compliance with hostel policies
• Prepare periodic reports on hostel operations.

Safety & Security:

• Ensure proper security measures are enforced
• Conduct routine inspections of hostel facilities
• Liaise with security personnel and management on safety matters.

Conflict Management:

• Mediate disputes among residents
• Implement disciplinary measures in line with institutional policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related discipline
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• High level of integrity and emotional intelligence
• Experience in hostel administration is an advantage.
