HMO Marketers at LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited

Our client, a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with a Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country is seeking to recruit HMO MARKETERS. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sell the brand by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customer organizations (external and internal)
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Business Development/Client Service.
• Ensure completion of all documentation for HMOs and the timely submission of bills.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification / Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification marketing/ sales experience.  
• Candidates must possess the following skills: Presentation, Client Relationships, Emphasizing, Negotiation, and Prospecting.
• Good comprehension of marketing strategies.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
